¿QUÉ ES LA RESISTENCIA (ENDURANCE)?
La
resistencia es la capacidad de resistir psíquica
y físicamente a una carga durante un
largo tiempo, produciéndose finalmente un cansancio insuperable debido a la
intensidad y duración de la misma.
También es la capacidad de recuperarse rápidamente después de esfuerzos físicos y psíquicos.
¿QUÉ
TIPOS DE RESISTENCIA EXISTEN?
En base a la presencia o no del oxígeno en la
actividad física, se pueden distinguir dos tipos:
ANEROBIC
ENDURANCE:

Time: from 0 seconds until 6 minutes
Intensity / power: high – medium
